Loyal2U Rules:
1. Loyal2U Rewards members earn one point for every qualifying stay. 
2. Loyal2U Rewards Points may be redeemed for hotel stays, gasoline rebates and car wash purchases. 
3. Every ___ earned points equals _____ in any of the above categories. 
4. Membership in the Loyal2U Rewards is Free. 
5. In all disputes, Property Management will seek to resolve the situation so that the member is satisfied. The decisions of Property Management are final and binding. 
Requirements:
1. All individuals must be twenty - one (21) years of age or older to participate in the Loyal2U Rewards Program and have valid government issued identification (ID). 
2. Photo ID acceptable to the Property Management will be required for check-ins, Rewards redemptions and for obtaining account information. 
3. Points may be transferred to another member if both members are present at the Loyal2U Rewards, present photo ID acceptable to Property Management and acknowledge the transfer in writing, if requested. 
4. Accounts with no recorded activity of any kind for thirteen (13) months will become inactive and all club reward values and points will be forfeited. 
5. Any misuse of the Loyal2U Rewards Card or improper activity as determined by Property Management in its sole discretion will result in forfeiture of the card and all club reward values, all points will be forfeited and the individual may be excluded by Property Management from its premises. 
6. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, operator error or any other reason it deems valid. 
7. Management reserves the right to alter, or cancel or improve this program at any time
